Kane Realty Signs Allscripts to 12-story Tower at North Hills
Kane Realty Corp. announced that Allscripts, a leader in healthcare information technology solutions, will relocate from North Raleigh to soon-to-be-built Midtown Plaza, a 12-story office tower located in the Park District at North Hills. The 12-story tower is adjacent to I-440 and will be located at the corner of Cardinal at North Hills Street and Church at North Hills Street, near the Midtown Park and numerous restaurants and retailers. The 330,000-square-foot office building is scheduled to open in the spring of 2017.“We will relocate all of the Raleigh operations into one modern and energy-efficient building in Midtown, which many of us know as North Hills.
