North Hills Policies
Code of Conduct
North Hills is a privately owned property and guests who do not act responsibly may be asked to leave the property at any time. In order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following activities are prohibited and are grounds for criminal trespass:
Violations of the law and/or of city ordinances.
Illegal or unauthorized weapons.
Solicitation, panhandling or loitering.
Possession of open alcoholic beverages except in designated areas and during designated times.
The use of scooters, skateboards or hoverboards.
Disruptive behavior to include: loud music, shouting, amplified noise, vulgar language or profanity, or any activity that threatens the safety of guests, tenants and employees.
Activities that damage or deface the property.
Property policies include:
No stored vehicles, boats, trailers, etc.
Pets must be on a leash. Failure to clean up after your pet may result in a fine.
Bicycles must be stored in designated bike racks and secured.
No moving common area furniture.
Dispose of all trash (including cigarettes) in designated areas.
Patrons must adhere to signed parking restrictions. Violators are subject to enforcement and penalty.
Car or motorcycle clubs are not permitted.
Behavior, clothing or activities that disrupt a pleasant, family-oriented gathering environment are strongly discouraged.
Parents On Site Policy
The Parents On Site Policy requires that children under the age of 18 must be escorted by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21 when they are in the public areas of North Hills after 8pm. Minors that are on property after 8pm and are found not following the above guidelines will be escorted by Public Safety to a designated space where a legal guardian will be contacted to arrange pick up. Teenagers that work at retail locations in North Hills are not affected by this policy.
North Hills reserves the right to change these rules and regulations at any time as needed for the safety of patrons and property. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and thank you for being a patron of North Hills.
Photography
All on-site photography and drone footage must be approved by the Property Management team. To seek approval, please contact Property Management at least 48 hours in advance.
