Kane Realty Corp. announced that Allscripts, a leader in healthcare information technology solutions, will relocate from North Raleigh to soon-to-be-built Midtown Plaza, a 12-story office tower located in the Park District at North Hills. The 12-story tower is adjacent to I-440 and will be located at the corner of Cardinal at North Hills Street and Church at North Hills Street, near the Midtown Park and numerous restaurants and retailers. The 330,000-square-foot office building is scheduled to open in the spring of 2017.
“We will relocate all of the Raleigh operations into one modern and energy-efficient building in Midtown, which many of us know as North Hills. Midtown Raleigh is one of the most desirable locations to work in the area,” said David Campbell, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Allscripts. “We believe this location decision is an investment in the quality of life for our employees and will help enable us to recruit and retain the best talent anywhere.”
Allscripts employs about 1,000 people in the Raleigh area.
We are very excited to bring this incredible office tenant to North Hills. Allscripts is one of the Triangle’s most respected companies and we know their employees will greatly enjoy North Hills as a work location.
In addition to this new 330,000 square foot office tower, North Hills is also home to the Offices at North Hills (opened in 2005), the 17-story CAPTRUST Tower (opened in 2010), and the 18-story Tower Two (opening in spring 2016).
