Kane Realty Corporation is excited to announce that Orangetheory Fitness, a premium fitness studio, will be opening in the Park District at North Hills. Located on the ground level of the new Park Central Apartments, the studio will occupy 3,182 square feet and is projected to open Fall 2017.
“We are pleased to have Orangetheory Fitness joining us at North Hills,” said John Kane, CEO of Kane Realty Corporation. “Yoga and cycling combined with Orangetheory, as well as healthy dining options at Park Central, will make this a destination for our health-minded customers.”
Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a-kind, group personal training workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. Backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), Orangetheory’s heart-rate-monitored training is designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Led by skilled personal trainers, participants use a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX® suspension training and free weights, burning an average of 900 calories including after-burn. The result is the Orange Effect – more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours post-workout.
The North Hills location will be their third studio in Raleigh. Raleigh residents are encouraged to reserve now to lock in the limited-time only lifetime discounted founders’ rate memberships before the studio officially opens. As founding members, rates will not increase while the membership remains active.
