Good Graces to Open in NHID

Kane Realty Corporation is excited to announce that Good Graces, a vibrant market, bar, and eatery, will be opening in North Hills Innovation District. Located at the base of Channel House Apartments next to Makers Alley, Good Graces aims to be the go-to gathering spot for the Raleigh community, offering a delightful blend of food, drink, and local goods all under one roof.

“Good Graces brings an exciting new energy to the North Hills Innovation District,” said Mary Ehrenberger, Retail Leasing and Activation Specialist for Kane Realty Corporation. “Their commitment to quality and community engagement is exactly what we are looking for in partners. We are confident that Good Graces will become a beloved destination for residents, office tenants and visitors alike.”

Good Graces provides a versatile dining experience, serving coffee, breakfast, and lunch during the day, and transitioning to shareable bites and drinks in the evening. Guests will be able to enjoy their meals and beverages in the inviting dining room, at the lively bar, on the cozy outdoor patio, or take their orders to-go. The market section will feature a thoughtful selection of prepared foods and locally made products, making it the ideal spot to find take-home meals and curated gift baskets.

Founder and owner, Haley Borden, recognized an opportunity to create a space that caters to the fast-paced lifestyles of Raleigh residents. A recent MBA graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill, Haley brings her extensive business acumen and marketing and sales background to lead the Good Graces team. "I envisioned a place where convenience meets quality, and community comes together. Good Graces is about celebrating the good things in life, and I'm thrilled to bring this concept to North Hills," said Haley.

Lindsey Bayless, a Raleigh local and seasoned marketing professional, joins Haley in the ownership of Good Graces. Lindsey, who is passionate about creating memorable moments and fostering community engagement, will oversee marketing, event planning, and community outreach. "I'm excited to leverage my skills to craft engaging experiences for our guests and help build a vibrant community hub at Good Graces," Lindsey shared.

The eatery is expected to open early spring 2025. Wes Johnson of Capital Associates served as the broker representing Good Graces in this deal. For more information, visit GoodGracesRaleigh.com.
