Clean Juice to Open in North Hills
Kane Realty Corporation is excited to announce that Clean Juice, a USDA-certified organic juice bar, will be opening in North Hills. Located in the Lassiter District between Sur La Table and MADISON, the restaurant is projected to open late summer 2021.
“We are excited to welcome Clean Juice to North Hills,” said John Kane, CEO of Kane Realty Corporation. “Their commitment to a premium guest experience and their all-natural organic food and beverage offerings make them a perfect fit for this area.”
Landon and Kat Eckles started Clean Juice in 2016 as the first and only USDA-certified organic juice bar franchise. Clean Juice offers organic cold-pressed juices, smoothies, wraps, açaí bowls, toasts, Greenoa® salad bowls, and other healthy foods in a warm and welcoming retail experience. In its short history, Clean Juice has amassed dozens of achievements and awards, including most recently being named #7 in Entrepreneur Magazine's The Best of Best Franchises, the #1 spot as Franchise Gator's 2021 Fastest-Growing Franchises list, and most recently named by Forbes as one of American's Best Startup Employers in 2021.
The Raleigh location is the 23rd in the company's founding state of North Carolina and the 5th for Kevin and Beth Ellis, who also own four other stores in North Carolina and one in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The Ellises, previous recipients of the franchise's highest and most prestigious Operator of the Year award, are seasoned Clean Juice operators that will likely duplicate their success in Raleigh with exceptional guest service and product knowledge."
North Hills is the perfect community for our next Clean Juice because of their passion and commitment to living well. We are thrilled at the opportunity to bring this area a truly healthy and delicious organic product – made fresh and to order, and always with a smile," said Beth Onderdonk Ellis, a former collegiate athlete and mother of three.
