Wellness Wednesdays at North Hills offers fitness opportunities for local community guests. The 12-week Spring and 6-week Fall seasons take place on the grass lawn at Midtown Park on Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm. Each season offers a wide variety of fun, fitness concepts taught by popular fitness partners. With an average attendance of 150 participants per week, this series welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels.
