Makers Alley, located within NHID, emerges as a bustling hub for hyperlocal purveyors, makers, and artisans. With microretail spaces ranging from 350 to 900 square feet, Makers Alley is a unique addition to North Hills and the Raleigh market promises a memorable shopping and distinctly "Raleigh" experience.

Tower 5, designed to cater to forward-thinking workers, will offer 322,000 SF of rentable office space, thoughtfully amenitized common areas, integrated parking, and 60,000 SF of ground-level experiences. The design encourages social interactions, professional collaboration, and moments of rejuvenation in a natural, outdoor setting.

As NHID unfolds, exciting programming is anticipated, featuring events and pop-ups hosted by the new retailers. The district's 33-acre expanse, coupled with its bustling ground level, open natural areas, and experiential retail, aims to facilitate interactions and collaborations across a diverse range of office users, entrepreneurs, retail tenants, creatives, and makers.
