Staying Healthy Together
Should we put the quarantine day number here in black and white for you? We’re on day 41 in case you were keeping track. So how are you staying healthy?
Being in closer proximity to the fridge and pantry, you might find yourself snacking a little more than usual. We’re all about the schnacks but now more than ever it’s important to make sure your snacks are nutrient rich to help fuel productivity and support your immune system.
Here are some ideas for quick and easy snacks to keep on hand (focus on fresh produce and perishables as these will be more readily available):
- POPCORN
- GREEK YOGURT
- VEGGIES & HUMMUS
- FRUIT
- CHEESE & CRACKERS
- NUTS
- EDAMAME

Remember our mini educational sesh on MACROS last week? This week we’d like to give you a one stop shop to nail your macros in one meal, in one bowl. May we present to you, the MACRO BOWL — “a beautiful balance of nutrient-dense vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates, healthy fats, and quality proteins”.
The possibilities and recipes are endless, but we’ll do our part to get you started. Once you create and fall in love with one of these recipes, branch out and get adventurous with your own creations.
