Location
Wellness Wednesdays at North Hills offers fitness opportunities for local community guests. The 12-week Spring and 8-week Fall seasons take place on the grass lawn at Midtown Park on Wednesday evenings from 6 pm to 7 pm. Each season offers a wide variety of fun fitness concepts taught by popular fitness partners in an effort to showcase the many avenues available to achieve physical fitness. This series encourages participants to “Get Your Fit On” and promotes whole-body wellness. With an average attendance of 150 participants per week, this established series is open to participants of all ages and all fitness levels.
