The Wellness Wednesdays Series consists of fitness opportunities made up of two sessions in the Spring and Fall. Each session is made up of two evening classes happening weekly at 5:00 & 6:00PM.

Classes take place on the grass lawn of the Coastal Credit Union Midtown Park on Wednesday evenings. These events encourage participants to “Get Your Fit On” by promoting whole-body wellness through a wide variety of fitness concepts.

For a $5 drop-in fee, you can take advantage of a range of intensity, styles and spices of the fitness world to find what best suits YOU. Along with a rotation of community partners offering free samples including cold pressed juices, natural energy beverages, protein bars, etc. We can’t wait to build healthy bodies with you!

Our "Pilates Meets the Barre" signature barre method is taught in neutral pelvis and combines the intensity of traditional Lotte Berk barrework with the structure and focus of Pilates and mind-body centering of yoga. Our classes offer the discipline of Pilates under weight-bearing (standing) conditions to get your heart rate going while building lean muscles.  Our method supports your active life outside the studio with a strong core, better posture, and a calm mind.
