Event Policies: 
Tickets are non-refundable in the event that the concert is canceled due to inclement weather after 3pm.
Tickets are non-transferable to a future date unless otherwise communicated.
Tickets are required for entry. Have your barcode or printed PDF ready to be scanned at the entrance.
No Weapons Allowed. Bags checked upon entry.
Beverage & food options are available to purchase on-site. (To-Go food from North Hills restaurant retailers is allowed, but to-go drinks are not.)
No outside alcohol is allowed. One sealed bottle of water is allowed per person.
Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. No umbrellas.
Well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome.
No outside solicitation.
Parking is FREE. Most convenient parking can be found in the Midtown Plaza and Advance Auto Parts Tower parking decks (a 1 block walk to the event entrance).
