It’s that time of year again! New resolutions to be had, memories to be made…perhaps one’s first New Year’s kiss? Though some wishes may be more important than others, there’s always fun to be had on New Year’s Eve. Whether a dinner with family is more your pace, or a festive night out with friends, North Hills has celebratory options for all to ring in the New Year. With so much to choose from, we thought we’d help by sharing a few of the places that are really stepping things up on the last night of 2016.

1. Kings Dining & Entertainment
Kings at North Hills is transporting guests back to the roaring 1920’s with a Gatsby-themed New Year’s Eve party, filled with food and drink specials from the era. Dinner, ‘eat-then-bowl’, and group-space reservations are available, as well as special lane packages. Vintage ‘20s attire is encouraged, but not mandatory. This is a timeless celebration that all can attend!

2. Mia Francesca Trattoria Italian Restaurant
For those looking to enjoy a nice meal with friends or family, Mia Francesca's is offering special items in addition to its regular menu on New Year’s Eve. The list includes a variety of new items, from a creamy lobster soup, to pan seared Chilean sea bass, to a vanilla raspberry cake topped with a prosecco mousse. And just when things couldn’t get any better, the Bel Air Group is set to take over as host following dinner, ringing in the New Year with class and style through delectable tastings, seasonal cocktails, a complimentary midnight champagne bar, and one of the hottest celebrity DJs. 3. Mura
A staple for Japanese cuisine and drinks in North Raleigh, Mura invites all to join for its New Year’s countdown celebration. Offering a variety of new and special items alongside its regular menu, including a spiced honey margarita, Asian beef tartare, and a Mishima ranch filet, Mura is looking to spice things up in 2017!

4. Fox & Hound Sports Tavern
Known for its lively sports scene, Fox & Hound is switching things up this New Year’s Eve with a Masquerade Ball! Dress your best and join the team as they enjoy a live DJ, drink specials, door prizes, a balloon drop, and more. Be sure to wear your mask and help keep the mystery alive!

Critically acclaimed and listed as one of The Triangle’s Top 20 Best Restaurants, Vivace will serve a special preset, price-fixed menu for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The regular menu will not be available and with only 4 timeslots left, spots are filling up fast for this once-a-year taste sensation, so you’ll want to book your reservation ASAP!
