Italian Wedge Salad: Romaine, crispy pancetta, vine ripened tomato, and creamy gorgonzola dressing

Zuppa del Giorno (soup of the day)

2nd Course

Ravioli Tre Funghetti: cheese stuffed pasta sauteed in a brandy cream sauce with porcini and wild mushrooms, drizzled with truffle oil

Pollo Arrosto alla Romano: Roasted chicken breasts with garlic, shallots, rosemary, lemon, and olive oil.  Served with roasted potatoes

Rigatoni Bolognese: Tomato-based meat sauce simmered with carrots, celery, onions, fresh herbs, served over Rigatoni Pasta and topped with Parmigiano

Salmone Balsamico: Balsamic glazed salmon with sauteed Black Tuscan Kale and Calabrian Chili Oil.

Mascarpone Cheesecake with local berries and creme anglaise
