Flour Power is on the move to Midtown Park
Lil’ Chef Kids Cooking Studio gets new name and location in North Hills

(Raleigh, NC – Sep. 4, 2014) Lil’ Chef Kids Cooking Studio is opening in a new space with a new trademarked name – Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios – on September 19th across from Midtown Park at North Hills, a new open green space and performance park.

The owner, Susan Caldwell, brought her popular culinary school for children to North Hills in 2011 as a single location. In 2013, Susan opened another location in Charlotte under a new trademarked name, Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios. At the end of August, Lil’ Chef closed their doors on Main Street at North Hills near the Commons, and will open their doors as Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios on Park at North Hills Street.

Named after Susan’s two children, Abby’s Farmhouse Kitchen and Cameron’s Backyard Kitchen, Raleigh’s newest Flour Power will boast two state-of-the-art kitchens with retro Big Chill appliance for a sleek, classic look. Cameron’s Backyard Kitchen will have a pergola and thousands of lights for an outdoor feel.

Flour Power holds 800 birthday parties a year in addition to summer camps, track-out programs, etiquette classes, and kids night out events for ages three to 18. For more information, contact Susan Caldwell at 919-889-2598.
