Available for a limited time from July 21 to August 1, the Summer Features’ lunch menu will showcase items such as Firebirds Wedge Salad, Chicken Sorrento Salad and Mushroom and Chipotle Gouda Burger, while the dinner menu will include items such as Wood-Fired Pineapple Teriyaki Beef Tenderloin and Creole Seared Mahi. Guests can also savor Chile-Spiced Calamari as an appetizer and enjoy our Big Daddy Lemon Cake with fresh summer blueberries for dessert. Gluten sensitive options on the Summer Features menu include Firebirds Wedge Salad, Chicken Sorrento Salad and Creole Mahi.
Firebirds will also be partnering with Poema Wine and will offer the winery’s Poema Cava Brut Rosé along with Poema 2014 White and Red through August 1st.
