About Wellness Wednesday feat. Heat Studios

Wellness Wednesdays Series is back with 12 weeks of FREE fitness opportunities during the Spring season. Spring Wellness events take place on the grass lawn of Midtown Park on Wednesday evenings from March 28th through June 27th. These events encourage participants to “Get Your Fit On” by promoting whole-body wellness through a wide variety of fitness concepts.

*Two Sessions – 47 bikes per session:

First Session:
Sign-up begins at 6PM
Class Time: 6:15PM to 6:50PM

Second Session:
Sign-up begins at 6:30PM
Class Time: 7PM to 7:35PM
